Where is my order?

We strive hard to deliver your product on time. However, if you have not received it even after 14 days of placing your order, please write to us at orders@geetikajain.in with your order and contact details. Our team will contact you within 1-2 business days.

What to do if the product I receive has a defect?

We try to maintain the highest standards of quality and each product goes through a strict quality check before being shipped. Still, if you find any issue, we recommend you make an unboxing video and share it with us at orders@geetikajain.in. Also, share pictures of the defect. We would be happy to address this issue and offer you a replacement. 

 

What fabric do you use?

We mostly use pure chanderi or dola silk for our kurtas and viscose fabric for bottom. Organza or georgette is used for dupattas. Fabric details are mentioned with each product.


What does Free size mean in the size chart?

Free Size product includes a semi-stitched kurta with lining that can be fitted to any size. It comes with 3mtrs bottom fabric and a ready dupatta. It is ideal for those who like custom fittings instead of ready sizes.  

 

Why should I order from you?

Good question. :-) We hold the honour of having dressed thousands of women across India and abroad for the last ten years. The articles that we design are delicately hand-crafted. And we are not here to sell just one suit to you, we are here to build a relationship. We believe in ethical work practices and are easy to approach. So, please go ahead and give us an opportunity to serve you.    

 

Online shopping is quite risky. How can I trust you? 

With rampant fraud in online shopping, doubt in the customer’s mind is understandable. Your fear is quite genuine but so are we. With humility, we would like to assure you that we have lived up to the expectations of thousands of women in the past ten years and strive to better ourselves each day. We are not a faceless company and you can connect with us on multiple platforms including offline stores, Instagram, and Facebook. 

Is return or exchange option available?

Sorry, at this point, we do not have any return option. We can exchange the product for any quality issues. PS: It is our sincere effort to send you the kind of product that gives you a reason to order again and recommend us to others as well.  

Is COD option available?

We would love to give you COD option but as of now, it is not available due to logistical reasons. 

What are the care instructions for your products?

All products are dry clean only. To preserve the quality of the work, you are advised to store it wrapped in muslin/cotton/plastic cover to avoid exposure to moisture, air, and direct light.
