Shipping policy

Shipping within India is Free. All orders placed in India are catered to by safe and reliable courier companies.

PAYMENT TERMS

We offer multiple safe and secure payment options via RazorPay. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING

We will send an email confirming your order. We may also contact you to confirm this before shipping the products. We would also be happy to track your shipment and will provide you with any assistance you may require post ordering. We will do our very best to update you on the status of the shipment via the email address you would have provided us with.

TAXES

All prices are inclusive of taxes.

DELIVERY TIME

We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 7 to 10 working days. After that, the delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services. However, if you have not received it even after 14 days of placing your order, please write to us at orders@geetikajain.in with your order and contact details. Our team will contact you within 1-2 business days.

OUTLIER LOCATIONS

Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your pieces reach you. In case of any queries and doubts, please contact us at orders@geetikajain.in with your order details.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

As of now we are not catering to deliveries outside of India.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

All our products are hand-crafted with a great deal of love and care. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at orders@geetikajain.in if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of exchanging the product.
